We offer FREE SHIPPING across India!!

Shipping usually takes place within 1-3 business days from order acceptance. 

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

    For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.
    Similarly, if a shipment is lost in transit, post status update to being marked as lost, refund shall be initiated. 

    The following points help in smooth shipping:

    1.  If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.

    2.  Kindly ask your customer to unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover.

    3.  If you have noticed any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.
